7 WEEKS PREGNANCY (Pregnancy) IMAGE

PREGNANCY IN THE SEVENTH WEEK - THE BABY'S HEIGHT, WEIGHT, SIZE

The baby at the 7th week of pregnancy:
At seven weeks of pregnancy, the baby's height is around 7-8 mm, that is, it is approximately the size of a grain of rice. The baby's heartbeat can be easily monitored.
Organs such as the brain, spine, great vessels, eyes and intestines, kidneys and liver have begun to develop. The eyes begin to move from the sides of the head to the front, and the eyelids begin to develop.
The ridge that will form the baby's genital (girl-boy) structure becomes evident, but it is not yet developed enough to understand the gender.

The buds that will form the baby's arms and legs in the future begin to form, but the arms, legs and fingers have not yet completely separated from the body. These cannot be seen on ultrasound because they are so small in size.
The tail part, which has been observed since the first weeks, has shrunk but has not completely disappeared yet, it continues until the 10th week.

At the 7th week of pregnancy, the mother:
In the seventh week of pregnancy, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and weakness that started earlier in the mother usually continue. Insomnia may begin. The expectant mother should be careful not to be in close contact with people who have complaints such as flu, cold, cough, because such diseases can cause the mother to become more exhausted and unable to feed. Rubella etc. Young children with contagious diseases should also be avoided because mothers who have not had such diseases before can pass it on during pregnancy and sometimes cause serious problems in the baby, up to handicaps. Mothers who have cats at home can continue to feed, but skin contact should not be made with cat litter, and others should clean the cat litter. It is necessary to wash hands after contact with the cat.You can learn more about toxoplasma disease, which can pass through cat feces, and its effects in pregnancy. You can access it by clicking here .
For those who have routine tests at the very beginning of their pregnancy, there is no special test or analysis done this week.
